Our experience was underwhelming and in the end my wife was extremely disappointed we trusted our kitchen to them. Communication was awful. Their "designer" Nikki seemed to want the easy way to do everything instead of putting in much thought and it is reflectedin the end product. The service aspect is definitely not luxury or high end as claimed. The cabinetry is wonderful however and we know it will last years - even with kids and long after my wife and I are gone from this home. We spent a significant amount of money and felt we did not get the service that matches the price. We decided to go with another firm out of Shaker to complete the remainder of our home and have had a much better experience and the cabinets are similar quality if not better. Our clients chose to do their own flooring outside of the scope of the parameters of our project. I do believe though that it was some sort of engineered pre-finished wood floor.
