They are building a neighborhood that encourages family and friends to get together. This neighborhood is called Josephine Crossing. We built our cottage in JC 2 years ago, and we love that we have gotten to know our neighbors easily because all of our garages are in the back of our homes and many of us have front porches that encourage getting to know each other. There are pocket parks usually filled with kids and their families and friends. The McCalls cover the building process from every step; from finding a site to planning the style of home to build the way you want it to be. They have a showroom where you choose everything from the kitchen sink to the flooring, paint colors and everything else that makes a house yours. No running around town picking out faucets, lighting and hardware! Each home takes approximately 3 months to build, and the McCalls have hired excellent contractors and builders to get the homes up and ready for moving in. They stick to the budget agreed upon (no surprises!), and follow up after your home is built, making sure everything goes smoothly.
