**★★★★★ — Mutya Harsch, Oct. 2017**

> RHG transformed my dated, small kitchen into a fresh, calm space for my family to cook, eat and be together. They brought nature inside through a wall of windows and greatly expanded our living space without adding an inch of square footage! The design was 100% custom, modern and warm. It called for the highest-quality, natural materials and yet, fell (surprisingly!) near our original budget. More than that, Rachael and her team (which included her recommended contractors - Stoddart Associates) were a true pleasure to work with. Thank you RHG.

**★★★★★ — david\_placek, Oct. 2017**

> RHG is our go to architect for projects big and small. Rachael and team have completed a major home renovation for us, smaller home projects and also commercial architecture and design work for our businesses. The RHG team is one that applies creative solutions to problems, and doesn't just "say yes" to client demands. The team is thoughtful in their design considerations, a trait that we truly appreciated.

**★★★★★ — S. Kessler, July 2017**

> My wife and I hired Rachael and RHG to design a remodel of our house's basement level and main floor fireplace/TV area. She and her team asked about and listened to our priorities, offered multiple solutions in terms of design and materials, and helped us select and worked closely with the general contractor, providing results that exceeded my high expectations. I think Rachael offers a very unique and appealing combination of someone who has great stylistic sense and taste, but also who is extremely detail-oriented and focused on execution. She and her team were also excellent at communicating, responding, following up, and following through, no matter how big or small the situation or question.

**★★★★★ — Sarah Colwell, July 2017**

> A true professional and perfectionist. Nothing is impossible with Rachael and her team. RHG A and D will make your house dreams come true ! We worked with Rachael and her team on our entire house renovation in Montclair NJ. She can bring the smallest or biggest ideas come to life. Attention to detail, and thoughtful and innovative design, along with a strong desire to make clients' wishes come to fruition- and create their own piece of magic - make her a gift to work with. I went to her with a beautiful old house in need of serious TLC and some ideas scribbled on a napkin and she designed a truly spectacular family home for us. We could not be more thrilled with the outcome. She was on the job site working with the contractors almost daily. Contractors who respect and really enjoy working with her, as she raises the bar for all involved in a project, be it commercial or residential. She's incredible knowledgeable about and committed to green design and has won numerous awards for her work over the years. We went to her with big dreams and grand ideas and she didn't disappoint. This was a gut renovation, including rebuilding the foundations, all new plumbing, kitchen and bath design including interior advice, wall and floor finishes and some reconfiguration of original spaces. On top of this incredible talent, she is a joy to be around and collaborate with, and we felt her energy, enthusiasm and excitement in each and every aspect of the project. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Also happy to answer any questions about our project or RHG A &D. A first class act from demo to moving in...

> RHG designed a reconstruction of my master bedroom suite, entrance foyer and living room. Their work for me was excellent in all respects. RHG provided service that evidenced enormous creativity, imagination, focus, and care. Their professionalism was reflected in the clarity of their design, assured self-confidence in their management of construction, effectiveness in getting the project done with style, and enormous attention to detail. Their refreshing courtesy and sensitivity were reflected in their willingness to assure that furniture, accessories and color patterns matched their client, and their patience in listening and responding to questions and suggestions with an open mind.

**★★★★★ — jpsbls, Sept. 2013**

> My team has worked with Rachel Grochowski on multiple commercial and residential projects and the consistent feedback is that she is a delight to work with. She has no ego and is flexible and adaptable in her design process – from communication to product / material selection to budget. Rachel Grochowski provides clients with comprehensive design skills and her architectural background gives her a unique advantage. Rachel is collaborative and has consistently worked well with our architect, contractor, and vendors in every project. For our commercial project, she needed to work with many different tenants in diverse professions and with varying personalities. She designed uniquely beautiful spaces for each tenant and successfully received glowing reviews. While meeting the client’s needs, Rachel is very conscious of price and remaining within the budget set forth.
>
> Most of our projects have been “green” and LEED certified. Rachel went above and beyond to educate herself on the requirements for a LEED certificated project. She is creative and thinks outside of the box to repurpose items in a project (e.g. repurposing ceiling joist into office furniture). Rachel introduced us to many green vendors and products that were high-quality and within our budget. She maintains the “green” spirit within every project.
>
> She has been an integral part of my team and none of my projects would have been a success without her.

**★★★★★ — Elysiumm, Aug. 2013**

> We put off our kitchen renovation for eighteen years, and when we finally faced the inevitable, we turned to Rachael for professional advice. We had never before worked with an architect or a designer--and Rachael is both--and at first, we were hesitant to take the step. We wondered if we truly needed that level of expertise, and we worried that our own taste/design sense might get lost, and that costs would increase.
>
> By the end of our first meeting, our doubts were over. We asked Rachael to draw plans and oversee the project, and it was the best decision we could have made.
>
> Rachael incorporated our ideas and suggestions into her design, and suggested possibilities that never would have occurred to us. She also came up with unusual and cost-effective materials for counter-tops, tiles, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, and reconfigured kitchen, mudroom and dining room into a harmonious whole.
>
> Our new kitchen has twice as much light, counter-top, and storage space than it had before, and our once-neglected dining room is a welcoming extension of the beautiful kitchen. Throughout the project, Rachael was a pleasure to work with, and we continue to enjoy her work every day.
