> If you are looking for someone that is honest, hardworking, shows up every day, does beautiful work and is super easy to work with, call Dan.  I have an old Victorian, so I have worked with many contractors.  Dan is at the top of my list.

> Dan remodeled 2 very ugly and old bathrooms.  They had pink tile, pink walls, cheap fixtures and cabinets from a cheap remodel done in the 80s.  Dan transformed them into black and white marble works of art.  My husband at first said he was afraid to use the bathrooms because they are so nice. They were gutted and most everything but the ceiling replaced.  Dan did all the plumbing, tile work, cabinet installations and fixture installations.  He even installed a fancy Toto toilet that provides entertainment for everyone.  Dan had an electrician come in to do the electrical and he was amazing too.  We hit a few bumps in the road, but Dan was always able to work around them.  Dan even tolerated my big Akita checking in on him.  He did such a great job that I had him remodel the bathroom shower downstairs after he completed the remodel upstairs.  I only have one powder room left for him to do.  Unfortunately, I am out of money for a little while. But once I recoup.  I will be calling Dan to transform that room as well.

> I used Dan to redo our small bathroom and was so impressed with his honesty, integrity and communication.  He cleaned up every day after working and our bathroom looks fantastic.  He helped us install a new shower, new tile, new toilet and vanity as well as putting in a heat lamp and heated towel rack.  I really love the radiant heat floor he put in as well.  He was really patient with any mistakes we made and kept to our budget which was quite reasonable.  We will definitely use him again when we're ready for our next bathroom remodel.

what type/color/name of slate stones are these? we have been looking high and low for pinkish hues like these!

Are these precut?  If not, what type blade & saw were used to get such a straight cut?  Did you have much wasted material?

A: The stairs and perimeter were all cut pieces. Quite a bit of wasted material with slate.
