> Everyone at Redbud was extremely professional. The project management was excellent - they handled all details and were timely and responsive.

> We do not recommend Redbud Development. Geff is a landscape architect - not a contractor. We experienced poor project management, communication and cost overruns. Our lawn is mud and crabgrass. After $10,000 of additional stone and drainage were added to the project to try and address issues that were not taken into consideration during the contract phase, we still cannot walk in our wet yard. We wish that Redbud had admitted that they lacked experience with clay soil rather than to look for excuses. They blamed a sub for a grass mix that was unsuitable, they blamed us for accepting their suggestion of adding an expensive irrigation system and, of course, they blamed the weather. They did not follow up after project completion as promised and when we complained, they blamed us for not complaining sooner. We just hope we can prevent others in the Saratoga area from the very expensive mistake we made hiring Redbud.
