Rob took our project very seriously and provided us with options and professional guidance throughout every facet from architect drawings, permit resolutions, dealing with the Historic board in order to add an almost 1000 square foot rooftop deck and a garage to the small foot print of our lot! additionally Gresinger construction and his team of professional employees also did a full demo of our kitchen, Bedrooms, roof, and several floor projects, all while we still lived in the basement part of our house. The quality craftsmanship and professional knowledge we received from Gresinger Construction throughout the was fantastic. We would highly recommend Rob and his Team for any Project! and if/when we need any other renovations done we will definitely reach out to Gresinger Construction. The project included a complete redesign of the kitchen and dining room -- tearing down walls, installing custom cabinets, exposing 100-year old brick, reworking exterior brick to accommodate French doors and new windows, and designing a first floor powder room. Gresinger Construction was also responsible for gutting and digging out the basement, installing new copper plumbing, retrofitting HVAC, and designing and building a new deck. The built-ins, tile work, cabinet installation, plumbing, brick work, deck work, and interior painting were all top quality. The work crews were very professional and courteous and Rob, the GC, communicated regularly throughout the 5-month process. We are getting rave reviews for our new home.
