I also had the pleasure of speaking with Frank, who I later found out to be the General Manager. He was able to address all my questions and even told me to contact him directly if there was any issue no matter how small. You just can't find this kind of service anymore. I told him that I bought a 34x60in shower base and was looking for the shower of this size. Instead of checking in the catalogue the appropriate size he measured the floor model with a tape and told me it would fit. In fact it turned out the model he measured was 36in. I had to reorder the base as he was unwilling to cancel the order. I also ordered a few accessories one of which was damaged but he told me it is not returnable or exchangeable. Be aware of the store policies and check all items before accepting them from the driver!!! The assistants Gino & Michael helped us pick a tub, taps & a full shower system that suited our tastes, budget and overall decor. They pointed out the relative qualities of different price ranges in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. During our selection process we consulted them many times and were always welcomed. We changed our minds about certain items & were accommodated willingly. When issues with the installation arose they even put us in contact with the manufacturers representative who spoke directly with the plumber on site. An extra part had to be ordered from Italy and Shannon from the service area kept us informed constantly about the arrival time. We purchased our tile beginning of June, with the sales person figuring out our tile needs with our measurements from our contractor. We were promised the tile in 2 weeks, it took 6. Our project is now weeks behind and our contractor has had to move on to his next job, our bathroom remains unfinished. The domino effect of not getting the tile in the promised time is very large.
