Dresner Design designed and provided construction for our home renovation which included a kitchen, office cabinetry, refinishing flooring, new floors in our master bedroom and 2nd floor, reconfiguring closets in master bedroom, new fireplace, along with some misc electrical and plumbing. Scott and his team were amazing to work with. The design solutions they came up with for the kitchen were amazing! Scott has designed over 10,000 kitchens in his career so could do this in his sleep but he always manages to provide new and innovative solutions on every project. Cooper Wolfson, was completely unprofessional in his emails and responses to us. Dresner Designs would give a date when cabinets would be arriving and then push it back by months. When we would call them on it, they would get upset, and say, "clearly you are not in the cabinet business." A a person in customer service, I would never treat a client in that manner, even if I was upset. Parts did not arrive or arrived broken and company refused to honor contract by replacing broken parts and supplying missing parts. Dresner Design took our money and ran, refusing to honor their commitment. Our contractor basically had to go from nothing to make the cabinets even look descent in our home.
