They did a major rennovation project for us this in the spring of 2017 and the final results were outstanding! Matt took the lead on our project and what we appreciated the most was his willingness to listen to our ideas, and his attention to every detail. Their subcontractors are also tremendous craftsman, easy to work with, and Matt was with them every step of the way. They made our project easy to budget by dividing it into 2 phases: PH-1 a thorough discovery process of every part of our home; PH-2 building a total budget necessary to make sure the repairs were done right and improve on the quality of the home where we could. They came in under budget, saving us $ where it made sense and didn't sacrifice any quality. OUR ONLY REGRET WAS WE DIDN'T HAVE GREG BAIN & CO BUILD OUR HOME IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
