My concrete project began with a polished living room floor-liked it so much then went to the bedroom floor--then liked it so much moved to the guest bathroom floor--liked it so much went tot the master bath floor.....and lastly had Haypax manufacture two integrated bathroom counter tops. Zack listens to the client and bends over backwards to address their concerns. He patiently answers all questions, and can quickly ascertain what is needed to achieve the client's vision. Furthermore, if something is not right--he does not wait for the client to say something-he takes his own initiative to make all his work perfect. > > Zack takes pride in his work and diligently strives to make his client's happy. He has an easy-going personality which makes working with him pleasant. Additionally, he is knowledgable on all things concrete and can answer all questions regardless of their complexity. For my countertops--I showed him pictures and he easily duplicated the design.
