We have been trying to get our build back on track after almost 14 months and have not been able to get it going. One door even fell out of the framework and will now have to be replaced. The metal framework was off by 2 inches on one side and still to this day over a year now has not been corrected. No roof has ever been added and all the wood framework is ruined by the rain, wind and sun beating down on it for over a year now. Like we say a total nightmare and only sitting there get worse every day. We have met with our customers many times and at each meeting we would give our best efforts estimates on what we planned to do next. These estimates, as we rely on others to fulfill their promises, have mostly gone unfulfilled. > > We had a successful foundation pour and then one specific metal fabricator sub-contractor let us down in a big way. We hired a Professional Engineer to provide us with the necessary solution to correct the problem the metal fabricator caused. We intend to follow the recommendation provided. > > We desire to finish the project and provide a good quality product when we are finished as we have done for these past many years. Projects do go sideways from time to time but that is no excuse.
