> Without question the worst customer experience of our life. KBS let us down at all levels, from sales, to project management, to general management, to shoddy contractor work, and especially ownership. What's most confusing is the owner's complete lack of interest over the more than 6 months we went through this ordeal. He spoke to us twice, once when the problems started and then once at the end in an attempt to avoid bad reviews. He either didn't read or didn't care about the many emails we sent to him about our situation, since we never received responses or even acknowledgement. He simply did not care about helping fix the large quantity of problems we experienced. Again, worst customer experience of our life. Avoid KBS Kitchen.

A: Hello, the cabinetry you are seeing in this photo are by Medallion and the finish is called white icing- we have an entire display in our showroom.

What are these cabinets made out of? Approximately how much were these? How long in the wait time for a custom double vanity?

A: This is a storm grey stain on Alder.  The lead time is about 6-8 weeks and the price varies based on design.  Please stop in to our showroom for a complimentary price quote.

**Q: Roof Addition to Split Level Raised Ranch** *(in Before & After)*

Roof addition enlarging existing master suite almost completed.  This addition doubled the size of the master suite from 250 sf to 500 sf, all by raising the roof and capturing lost space within the eaves.  Includes a larger bedroom, master bath, walk in closet plus two smaller closets.  The neighbors say it looks like it's always been this way, which is a nice compliment.
