> Job Description: External painting of cedar sided house & minor carpentry repair work;
> Estimated completion: 1 week / 2 painters

> \- Project completed in 4 weeks by 3 different crews due to scheduling constraints and lack of skills. At the completion of the job, there were over 20 places that needed to be touched up.
> \- Crew broke a window but did not notify us. Broken glass were all over the house. Kids/dog stepped on the broken chips. Contacted owner, sale person, project manager for over 20 times about the issue. Window is still not fixed after 6 weeks.
> \- Stain peeled off after 2 weeks. Contacted project manager about the issue but he did not come to fix it.
