> We are so happy that we chose Creative pools for putting our backyard Pool.  Matt and his entire team was very professional and punctual.  Despite the uncertainty given the supply chain issues and unpredictable deliveries, they gave realistic timelines and delivered on time. They also coordinate well with the city for permit, and the gas contractor and the electrician.
> Matt was very flexible and accommodated our request for changes without breaking sweat.  They also were very prompt to address any concerns.  At the beginning of the season we had some minor issue with the chlorinator and they were short staffed but Matt was very reassuring that there services would not be delayed and our problem was taken care of within few hours.  They take pride in their work and are extremely passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to putting pools.  We are having a great pool season thanks to Matt and his team for this.
