> My husband and I are very disappointed with this company. We were gifted 30 hours to help design a new home plan from family who had used KLAR in the past for their home remodel, and were using for a current project. We only worked with Dawn in regards to the home layout and exterior design, and while she seems to be a talented drafter, it was extremely difficult getting work out of her. The work was never done when she said it would be and was only eventually given to us because we constantly phoned and emailed asking for it; it felt like we had to hassle her to make any progress. While her drawings were quite nice, she never really thought outside the box. We thought that coming to a professional designer we would get some unique solutions to our design challenges but, in the end, we were underwhelmed with the work given to us. It seemed like most of her time went into her hand drawings and not the thought of the layout. As for the drawings, we never did receive two of the requested exterior elevations we were promised and we never will. The family who bought the gift card were told, essentially, that Klar was too busy to deal with their project as well as ours, and no further work was completed. We finally decided to call and see how many hours we had left so we could work with Adele on some interior design choices. We were astounded when we were told that we had used 25 of our 30 hours on incomplete and what we deem as mediocre work. We were further taken aback when we were told that our remaining hours were going to be used to cover our family’s project despite the fact that Klar had put an end to that project. If looking for professional design advice, I would highly recommend trying elsewhere.

**Q: Wallpaper on accent wall** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the name/brand of the wallpaper on the accent wall? Love it!

A: Thank you.  We completed this show home in 2015 and I'm unable to confirm the wallpaper details.

**Q: not crazy about this or the next sink.  too decorative for my taste** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Matt,  That's the great thing about design, it may not appeal to everyone but at least it's starts a discussion.  My clients looked at a lot of options for their ensuite and settled on the Antilia Wading Pool sink by Kohler as it gave them the right balance of a decorative element and kept it masculine.
