Last 2 years I have dealt with many companies in Winnipeg and half are very disappointing and would not recommend. Salesman Mike Robin, provided me, patiently with many options & beautiful front doors to select. But I really wanted something different and custom. Mike HEARD and listened; and provided exactly that. My wish came true, like a Christmas gift. This especially when the prior company cancelled our contract weeks before install date! Mike made sure that my door entry was as I invisioned; several visits to review make changes and confirm; never any pressure/ just to make my dream a reality - it is a piece of art and pride. Then the day of installation - I was so pleased and impressed, how careful the crew was and every detail to fit and operation was perfect. They cleaned up and left my home in perfect condition! Extremely professional, polite, and very qualified tradespeople. What a wonderful experience ❤️ (contrast to other very disappointing) and can depend that this company takes pride in their work and product and still knows the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
