We knew there would be several issues uncovered once the old siding was removed, including rot, sill and foundation damage, voids in the insulation and at least one window and two storm doors that would need to be replaced.. Patrick helped us feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the repairs and the siding project. Patrick and his team were professional in all aspects of the project. They identified several problem areas and made the necessary repairs prior to re-siding our house and worked in a timely fashion, often enduring poor weather conditions. The siding looks amazing. Our back porch looks and feels brand new. Patrick even helped us install a 1600 pound piece of granite for a front step. We are thrilled with the final results. This is our second time using ARB. We hired them to build a finished room in our basement last year which has provided much needed additional space in our home. A detach ADU (1400 sq ft of habitable living space) that would provide a comfortable aging in place space for generations to come. > It was Patrick's easy going, "we can do this" attitude and his willingness to make necessary changes on the fly that gave us peace in our decision to choose Aspen Ridge. We needed a builder willing to take on a custom build that was Energy Star rated, ADA friendly, would be a property suitable for aging in place, maintenance free (well, almost maintenance free!) ...and all the while have the wisdom to keep his distance while Mother and daughter (with very different tastes) hammered out decisions for fixtures, colors, and the overall "vibe" in the design. When we met with Patrick we immediately knew he was the perfect person to take on this renovation. He was incredibly easy to work with, a great communicator, and manged the renovation flawlessly. He helped us take an idea and turn it into something far above what we thought it could be. He gave us great advice and input on what would look best aesthetically and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. We had a set deadline to have the renovations complete and he finished on time and on budget even after we added a few additional "surprises" to the project. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. While we were having our hardwood floors refinished, the main floor of the house was off limits. This didn't stop Patrick from getting the job done. He climbed a ladder to the second floor of our house carrying paint in order to keep the project on track. He met us at Lowe's on a Saturday to help pick out materials, and on multiple occasions he was there on the weekend working. We have already planned our next projects we'll be using Patrick for and cannot highly recommend him enough.
