We wanted to install the blinds ourselves, and he advised us on how to proceed. Jeff not only sells the blinds, but he can repair them if anything goes wrong. One of our blinds became a little loose, and he quickly tightened it, free of charge. Jeff is a very knowledgeable retailer, and we are very satisfied customers.
