> We decided to hire Rock and Tate Exteriors because of Steve Viser’s response to our initial request for an estimate. He said without having a home energy audit done it would be just guessing at where our home problem areas were. In our case we had several. We felt instead of him just wanting to get our business; he wanted to get it done right (major selling point). We knew the money we were going to have to spend on this job was going to be extensive; so why not get it right the first time.

> The improvements to our home have been a benefit to us so far by knowing our house feels a lot “cozier”. We are not experiencing the “ice dams” we had last year due to heat loss.  The outer appearance made a major difference to the look of our home. At this point what effect it has had on our heating bill is yet to be determined. This is the first winter after the improvements were made and it seems no two winters are the same in a row.

> We chose Rock & Tait after getting various quotes for the replacement of our front concrete steps.  Rock & Tait came back with a reasonable price, and most of all, they included the most detail in the quote.  Some of the quotes we received were so vague to the point that we had to ask for more detail to know what we could expect. Rock & Tait did a great job of lining up everything that would be completed with the job, including clean up.  The project itself took 2 days, which is normal for that type of project.  The crew was very courteous and professional.  They completed the project and the steps look great.  We will definitely use Rock & Tait again.  From start to finish, you know what you will be getting, and they have great customer service.

> We called Rock and Tate because I was looking for a company with a reputation for quality work to do our job and Rock and Tate has a reputation for quality.
> We hired them based on the professionalism demonstrated by the estimator and the fair pricing on the estimate given.
> The work performed was on our building that houses our 3 businesses. The benefit was the roof is repaired and since it was done so quickly we didn’t have to move to a different location. Also the crew performing the original job alerted us to a larger problem while doing the original job that could have been a huge problem had they not discovered it. We also had that repaired as well. The crew was professional, polite and cleaned up after the job. We were more than pleased with the service that was provided.
