Apparently the foundation is cracked and Garrison has been contacted numerous times due to water issues constantly filling the basement but instead of standing by their so called stellar reputation and fixing the damage they initially caused they have chosen to disregard and ignore the requests for help. This is a foundation issue and was not properly inspected from go. All during the process we had very good communications with them which was important as our project happened at the onset of the COVID pandemic and we could not easily travel to Delaware for project updates and site visits. Of course this caused some delays but the Garrison people we able to work with all their vendors and the delays were pretty minimal given the circumstances. The onsite team sent us photos every week and coordinated direct access to their vendors for any questions we may have had. The result was very good - we are very happy with our house from both the overall design as well as the workmanship.
