> Rushed through project; poor communication; attitude from secretary but could not speak with anyone else and no project manager assigned; no showed meeting scheduled months in advance; skipped steps and did not follow schedule agreements in contract or obtain approvals to change these prior to changing; did not include or communicate with engineer. Overpriced, poor value for work required and partially/poorly done. Perfect for consumers that don't know what they are doing or what is required of a project and just want cheap aesthetics.

> In 2017, we brought Stealth in for a gut renovation of our single-family house in Davis Square. We've been back in the house for a year now and couldn't be happier with the result.

> But on our first walk-through with Rob he gave us multiple great ideas that had never occurred to us--Stealth ended up being like a second architect for us. We had one of those steep 1800s staircases up to the attic that needed to be replaced. Rob not only figured out a great spot for a new staircase that made the most of the space, his design allowed us to put a full bath into the attic that didn't require us to build an expensive dormer.

> Stealth Construction did a fantastic job on my full bathroom renovation, finishing everything as quickly as circumstances would allow, and in particular generally being very responsive to email, which is something I have had a hard time finding in other contractors. We did have some initial miscommunications during the planning phase of the project, but I was happy with how we worked through it. In addition to the bathroom renovation, Stealth Construction also helped to coordinate floor refinishing, paint, and a few other miscellaneous updates to the apartment overall. Since this was a rental apartment I also found it super helpful that Rob operates his own rentals and so was able to advise on the most cost-effective approach to improving things in general.

We loved that the responded to emails within 24 hours (usually) sooner. We felt the Stealth professionals in our home too the customer service aspect of their work seriously; the were consistently courteous and frequently checked in to be sure their work was meeting our expectations.
