The condo was a foreclosure property that needed to be completely gutted and redone. Jacob Down and his team from BuildCo developed a renovation plan which entailed redoing all the floors (placed wood), renovating the entire kitchen (new appliances, island, and cabinetry), painting walls, and redoing all the bathrooms.
