Replacement of windows, complete kitchen remodel, gutting and reinstallation of a bathroom, sanding and refinishing wood floors, painting the entire house, power washing the exterior, hiring cleaners....you name it, Mark Schmidt took care of it for us. All this work was performed seamlessly while we were still living in NY! Mark is trustworthy and stayed in close communication with us throughout our project to keep us up to date.
