Many builders give unrealistic quotes just to get the job - everything ends up being an "upgrade" and then that supposed great price skyrockets. Not with VLC - Vince was upfront and candid about the true costs to build our home with the level of quality and finish that we wanted, which was reflected in generous and realistic building allowances. The quality of his work is excellent and his quotes are fair. For the attic renovation he designed and fabricated the railing/bannister to his own deign and we like it a lot.
