> Working with Tom LaBlonde and LaBlonde Development was a real pleasure.  He was always very professional and very capable with great ideas for the design and as construction progressed with our numerous changes.

Tom personally managed and oversaw every step, every supplier, every subcontractor and LaBlonde employees.  Tom is an exceptional architect, builder, and facilitator! He has an eye for everything from major structural architecture to the smallest detail.  He is the most dedicated person to his houses and homeowners than could ever be expected.  He works tireless paying attention to contractors, homeowners, HOA's, suppliers, costs, approvals, inspections, etc., because he wants to make sure he can do the very best he can.  He has tried field supervisors, but currently wants to watch everything himself.  His office staff are also incredible, handling invoices, homeowner bank loans/draws,  follow-up with suppliers/ contractors, and all the other aspects of running a business.
