Now, at 79 3/4 years of age - I have pretty much pulled the railing to pieces - when climbing the stairs. For medical reasons - we made our new rail selection fro this firms excellent website, and then had their very personable estimator visit our home. From there, an estimate was prepared, and after a few phone calls, we paid our deposit. There was a wait period - then they gave us a firm date. > Our installer arrived on promised date introduced himself as “Lenard” and went to work immediately. He covered everything that could get dust/sawdust on it, and brought in some tools. It took him virtually “NO TIME” to dismantle the old ones. > Lenard is a “well experienced true PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER”. As we had selected fro website - every piece he installed was a surprise to us! He made EVERY piece fit - to perfection! The results are simply stunning! We could not even have imagined - in our wildest dreams - how much of a change this would make to our home! > It is sturdy, elegant, and extremely well finished and fitted to our existing walls and flooring. Lenard is a true craftsman! He will not accept a “close fit” - it has to be perfect to meet his standard! > Anyone needing an upgrade to their banister/railings should get ahold of this firm! You, like us - will be glad you did! > Five stars is all they allow us to give this job - but it really deserves MORE than that. Total satisfaction on our part (andI am a very picky customer) who does not easily offer this kind of review. 542 - Nordstrum Road, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. **★★★★★ — Haven & Co., Dec. 2016** > BP Banister is our go-to supplier for all things “stair and railing”! They have an awesome team – very knowledgeable, professional, and personable, not to mention extremely talented. We focus on creating unique and custom designs for each and every client, and BP is always right there to help us problem solve and execute these designs. They are not afraid of a challenge, and their attention to detail is second to none. We wouldn’t use anyone else! **Comment from BP Banister:** > Thanks Haven Builders! It's always a pleasure to work with you guys! **★★★★★ — ekrueger02, June 2016** > Great job, from start to finish. Glad I hired them for the staircases and railings.
