The outcome was exceptional. All of his sub-contractors, with the exception of the cabinet maker were extraordinary. The builders, sliding door, paint, tile, electric, and flooring were excellent and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value for money. The project management was a bit lousy goosy, so things took longer than anticipated. The cabinet maker did not pay attention to detail, did not build according to plan, and delayed the project many weeks, if not months. The cabinets ultimately came close to the design. The quality was very good. However, the cabinet experience was unsatisfactory. Overall: Benny always did the right thing. He acted with integrity. His pricing was fair. He did not nickel and dime us on change orders.
