Owner John Palic has worked in the industry since 2000 and loves working with people and is passionate about construction.  He has the ability to help you envision what could be while always working within a budget.  His process is committed to educating you while professionally leading your remodeling project. 

Parkwood is a full service contractor able to step in at any point of your planning phase be it just starting out or looking for a bid on architectural drawings.  

We also do small handyman jobs such as building shelves, fixing the deck or even hanging that new mirror.  Maybe it's a specific job like window and door replacement.  Whatever your needs are we will deliver.

John met with me and carefully listened to everything my husband and I wanted in our complete home renovation and remodel.  He worked well with our timeline, was explicit in costs associated and was upfront with any addition cost encountered along the way.  He made sure the project was done on time and we were back into our home the date we requested.  Communication was clear and he was always available to speak when we needed him.  His associates and those working for him were respectful, honest and prompt.  I cannot speak higher of John/Parkwood Construction.  I have highly recommended him to friends and family and will work gladly with him again on future projects.
