He comes when he says he is coming and finishes the job before taking on another project(so as the home owner you are not left waiting)....he coordinates everything and there seems to be nothing that he cannot do. Wayne did the finishing work in our guest house and it is excellent. Our deck (1200 square feet) was a huge project and we are very pleased with the result.
