My passion is interior design and creating beautiful living spaces. 
I am a full-service residential designer.  Each client is unique in their needs, budget and time frame.  I can assist clients with a wide range of challenges including selection of architectural details and finishes, collaborating with architects and builders, decorating a functional, beautiful space with furniture, fabrics and accessories, creating custom pieces tailor-made for your living space, refreshing a tired interior or editing for a downsize.  

My trademark interiors reflect a warm, sophisticated, polished look that is clean, crisp and transitional, but never stuffy.  I thoughtfully approach each client engagement to ensure that their spaces reflect them stylistically and become places they truly enjoy.

I have always been a creative, having a keen eye for what’s new and unexpected.  Years working at Tiffany & Co. uniquely prepared me for my work as an interior designer.  At Tiffany, I was a manager of Jewelry Product Development.  I worked with the Tiffany in house design department and jewelers as well as outside vendors to create beautiful pieces of jewelry of the highest quality, in a timely fashion, for a reasonable price.  This ability to take an idea and see it through the design process is what makes every project I work on one of a kind.

Stepping out of the business world to raise my family allowed me to devote more time to my lifelong passion for interior design.  To further hone my skills, I enrolled at the New York School of Interior Design and graduated in 2014.  Since then, I have had the pleasure of working with clients from Greenwich to Montauk.

> Eileen is beyond good at what she does!!  I'm convinced she is part magician!  She has transformed two very different houses for us.  First she took a dated house with lots of brown wood and linoleum and turned it into a casual beachy home that was gorgeous, comfortable and loved by all who entered.   For example, I had a  long narrow living room with an off center fireplace that we never used. In 45 minutes flat, she rearranged it using what I already had into a cozy conversational space that we used all the time.  When we sold that house, Eileen staged it.  Our house sold in one day at full asking price which I credit to how amazing it looked after Eileen was done with it!
> My second house is a 1885 Victorian.  Eileen's help in that renovation saved me thousands of dollars because she is so creative in seeing what is there and figuring out how to use it or make it better. She hand drew designs for both the beams in the ceiling and the unique built ins in the family room using the exposed brick chimney as a back drop.   She added transom windows between rooms so that the sunshine could come into the back of the house.  She listens carefully to what you want, how you live and what your budget is. She uses high low very effectively and sees and thinks about things no one else considers.  My new kitchen has several features I would never have thought about had it not been for Eileen's thoughtful questions and probing on how we would use that space.

My apologies for not getting back to you sooner.  The vanity is painted Benjamin Moore's Silver Lake \#1598 in hi-gloss.

I really love the look of these cabinets (the whole bathroom I could move into) - would you mind sharing the paint color and where the drawer pulls are from?  Thanks so much.  Maura

A: Thank you Maura!  The drawer pulls are from Klaff's in Scarsdale, NY.  I used a combination of 2" and 3" square ring pulls in satin nickel.  I do not know the manufacturer, but I am sure Klaff's would be happy to help you!  Eileen

**Q: The cabinets under the sink, are they drawers or doors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

How did you work the plumbing since the sinks are offset from each opening?

A: Hi Whitney,
The cabinets are three large drawers with smaller drawers inside.  The two outer cabinets have two interior drawers that span 3/4 of the width.  The other 1/4 of the width is left open to accommodate the plumbing and for storage of tall items.
