The townhome in downtown Columbus that we purchased from Mulberry was perfect for our needs - modern architecture and design, a 2 car garage and a rooftop. Mulberry was great to work with especially their in house designer Emmy. If you are looking for a developer who takes pride in their work, I suggest you contact Mulberry. **★★★★★ — Betsy C, Jan. 2020** > My husband and I chose to use Mulberry to build our home because we really liked the style of the previous homes they had built. We were impressed with their immediate response when we expressed interest in building on a vacant lot and they helped guide us determining what size and style would work for our needs. The cost for our custom architectural plans was very reasonable and we were happy with the timeline for revising them and starting on the project. We chose to trust Mulberry with a lot of the details and were pleasantly surprised when they added accents like black closet doors where a traditional white door would have been too stark.
