**★★ — Newell Construction, April 2024**

> I have purchased 3 of the concrete farmhouse sinks. The glaze has come off all 3 with wear and tear from washing dishes. Very Disappointed. Expensive sinks but poor quality.

**★ — Scott Sigler, March 2023**

> Do NOT…I repeat Do NOT purchase a Native Trail sink. We purchased three during the building of our home, one farm sink for the kitchen and two additional sinks for the bar and prep areas. All were flawed after minimal use. Upon contacting the NT representative, he acknowledged that there was a short time period in which the firing of their sinks was below standard resulting in poor quality issues. After some back and forth, he did agree to replace the sinks but refused to pay for any labor associated with the same which included plumber, cabinet maker and stone fabricator. We replaced the kitchen sink, but chose not to replace the two other sinks, due to complicated cabinetry issues and the concern for damaging the marble countertops. Unfortunately, that forced us to live with the imperfections (bubbling and peeling of surface) on the bar and prep sinks. After a short period of time the 2nd kitchen sink also began to bubble and chip even though we use sink protecters.
> We ultimately chose not to replace with a third NT, and went with Blanco which has been great!
> The time, effort and costs incurred with this process was very disruptive and inexcusable.
> Unfortunately we still have two flawed, unsightly sinks in our beautiful home!

**★★★★★ — Metropolis Drafting and Construction Inc, Jan. 2017**

> I Have used Native trail sinks in two of my projects by now, and i must say they are amazing they give a contemporary look to every type of kitchen.
> My traditional kitchen design suddenly got a bit industrial with the gray stone sink and now a rustic kitchen gut a great modern touch with the black stone sink.
> the products are very high end and priced reasonably as well.

**★★★★★ — Kane Development Corporation, Sept. 2016**

> I can always count on the stand out quality of Native Trails products.
> The bar sink in my latest project was a show stopper and I highly recommend to my clients and friends !

## Community Q&A

**Q: Is that a real reflective mirror?** *(in Product Questions)*

Pictures don’t really do it justice... It’s beautiful and I am thinking of using as part of my entryway. But before I buy, I want to make sure that’s a real mirror?

A: Hi Naomi,

Sorry for our delayed response to your question! Yes, this is a real reflective glass mirror, although it's hard to tell in photos. Hopefully this helps!

Thanks,
Katelyn - Native Trails

**Q: How does this mirror attach to the wall?** *(in Product Questions)*

Does this mirror use d-ring hooks or a metal cleat attachment? Thanks!

A: Hi Jane,

This mirror is installed with a metal french cleat, and all necessary hanging hardware is included.

Thanks!
Katelyn Beer

**Q: Absolutely Amazing Absolutely extraordinary** *(in Photo Questions)*

I love the natural lool of the sink and the way this complements the ambient. Beautiful!!

A: We're so glad you love it!

**Q: Floating?** *(in Product Questions)*

Can I mount this directly to the wall or do I have to have a base underneath of some sort for support? If it mounts to the wall? Is that hardware/holes included?

A: Hi, Gianna!
The Trough 3619 is typically a drop-in sink, due to the fact that the underside of the sink (the outside surface of the basin in your photo) is not finished smooth like the exposed top surface of the sink and will be exposed in a wall-mount application.
However, we have had customers inquire about installing it in a wall-mount application. The sink weighs approximately 75 lbs, so adequate support should be installed. Hardware for such an application is not included, and we highly recommend using a licensed contractor/plumber/installer for such an application.

Let us know if you have anymore questions!

**Q: pop up valve** *(in Product Questions)*

What size pop up valve does this require and can another brand less expensive be used instead of the very pricey Native Trails valves?

A: Hi, Cindy! The drain opening for the NSL3619 is 1.5”. We recommend, and guarantee, Native Trails drains will fit this sink but cannot guarantee another manufacturer’s drain. It’s possible that another drain will work, if it’s meant for a sink without an overflow, but only the Native Trails drains have been tested on this sink.

**Q: Sink question** *(in Product Questions)*

Is this the Native Trails CPK575 sink?

A: Hi Elizabeth! Yes, it is our CPK575 sink.
