> I hired this company to do my condo kitchen remodel. They communicated well with me, we had great plans and gave me an honest budget, they kept the jobsite tidy and organized both in the unit and outside the unit - didn't swamp the dumpsters, didn't swamp my garage space, and kept good relations with the neighbors. Their time management was excellent - they were there every day and finished in 6 weeks.

> When the surprise came up (bad flooring), they were factual, gave me options, noted the extra cost and sent me a revised budget within 72 hours.

> The one quality that I had that helped was that I was decisive, had a clear idea of what I wanted and made my decisions promptly.
