I don't reccomend trico homes. We bought a 1.2 million home but the possession date was an awful day. Nothing was prepared as per our inspection tour. Floor is still damaged. A lot of things needs to get fixed but they just gave us a cheap coffee machine as a gift and left. Cleaning services were the worst too. We booked our movers and we were dreaming about the clean n fully done brand new house but we recieved damaged and dirty home. I will have to reschedule everything. Very disappointed!!! **★ — HU-967377968, May 2023** > Terrible company for communication. Landscaping is a joke. Ashley Heffernan, the service and warranty coordinator will ignore your emails if they aren’t anything good. Takes weeks to get anything setup for repair. Darren the warranty service guy that comes out is the cheapest you can get. Says he will fix it and never does, and does the bare minimum. Landscaping is horrific. Have a swamp in the backyard and dead grass from bad sod laying. Try to get Trico to address it and all the say is “youre on your own.” Avoid Trico at all times. **★ — P R, April 2023** > We would not recommend TRICO to anyone. had terrible experience with sales and construction people. There were multiple delays in the construction. We waited for 16 months to build a 2200sq house. The 2 car garage will not fit in 2 cars because the blueprint plan and the actual construction of the entry stairs did not match. The finishing of paint and interior work looks unprofessional and childish.
