We have been in the building and contract framing industry for over 20 years giving us the experience of building off of many designer's plans as well as our own. 
In that time we have been able to determine the things that make a floor plan work. For the last six years we have had the honor and privilege of producing the plans, elevations, and artistic renderings for the Middle Georgia St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. Our plans have been utilized for the construction of thousands of homes and we pride ourselves on producing a builder friendly product that makes construction both effortless and as cost effective as possible.
