> A nightmare purchase. The cabinets arrive four months late, both were scratched and one was badly damaged. All communication took weeks with repeated requests for updates from me that went unanswered by wood you build it. Eventually the replacement parts they sent me were painted the wrong color so I had to repaint all cabinets prior to install. I asked for some compensation but that request was also ignored completely. Finally installed by me six months later. My worst ever online purchase.

> Do not buy from this company. I ordered two kitchen islands for delivery last December. I was told December wasn’t going to happen. Every time I sent a email requesting an update there was no response. It would take two to four emails and calls before they would respond. Then January, then February. They finally arrived early March, almost three months late. One unit was damaged. Their driver acknowledged the damage. I immediately sent photos to them requesting replacement parts. There were many scuff marks on the cabinets. I will have to repaint them. Five weeks later and multiple emails and phone calls I’m still waiting for the replacement parts. This is the worst purchase I have ever made.
