I started speaking with P-Square, specifically Payman, early in May 2020 to attempt to get an understanding of what I would need for my project. > I am also doing a kitchen renovation and taking down a structural wall. I had many questions and there were many back-and-forth emails to Payman which may have frustrated some others in the situation. Payman was patient, understanding, direct and informative. > > Payman provided me with all of the documents that I needed to submit to the city of Surrey to apply for a permit to begin the work. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the wait time to get my permit was delayed by eight weeks. I was concerned that this would cause issues getting people to the site on time to make the project go quickly.
