Not a single surprise or disappointment. Jack the lead project coordinator, was excellent. He used detailed designs and plans to illustrate his points which was a nice touch. He offered a lot of options and if I wished, they would install any shingle I wanted if I found something on my own. They gave great advice about aesthetics along the way which was a big help as I don't have an eye for these things. Communication was quick and to the point, and at no time was Jack was pushy. I did my homework and took my time. They were ready when I was. I was able to get an install scheduled after I signed. Jack and his team of installers contacted me with updates and information prior to and during the job. The installation crew was friendly and worked hard. They set up plywood protection around my landscaping and wrapped the house in blue tarps to protect the house from potential damages from falling debris. They delivered the materials on time and did the entire job the next utilizing a fair number of people to get it done in time. You would never know they had been there except for the beautiful roof they left behind. After the install a quality control person came out to double check the install and run a magnate over the lawn again in case any nails were missed.
