> I have enjoyed work with Dan Malone for over 15 years.  We started with second story addition in Wallingford.  When I moved my business to Whidbey Island in 2016 Dan and I reconnected beginning with an ADU in Langley. Since then we have done at least a half dozen project on the island.  Dan is creative, an exceptional communicator and is always willing to work with the client and my team to come up with effective solutions..  I highly recommend  Dan Malone!

> Dan and Kirsten made our project easy to navigate and fun. We raised our house to get it above annual flood levels. At the same time, we did some interior remodeling. They listened to our wish list, provided design options that  made our house more of our style a home than we could have imagined and were always there when we would ask, ‘can we change…..?’. They worked closely with our contractor from start to finish and handled all the permitting from shoreline to building. We completed the project in August 2024, flooded in December 2024, and were thrilled to know the house and all mechanical equipment was high and dry. We can’t thank Dan and Kirsten enough for helping us remodel our home for generations to come.

> The team of Dan and Kirsten do a great job complementing each other to help lead you through a successful project. For our kitchen, dining room and bathroom remodel, they drafted many ideas for us to "see" how things would look, helped guide us through the many choices we needed to make, actively worked with our contractor and moved things through in a timely fashion. They even took care of the permitting process. I think one of their greatest strengths is how they have a wealth of design expertise (as they should as architects!) but also really listen to what YOU want, ask clarifying questions, give options and help you and/or your contractor make it happen.
