I was obsessed with tiny homes for a while and when I was blessed with some extra income, I decided to add a tiny home to my property as a rental unit/guest house. Mike had redone my friend's condo, and I love the style of her place, so I asked for his number and interviewed him along with a couple of tiny home specialists and 2 other contractors. Once I decided that I wanted to go with a tiny home built on a foundation, that meant I needed a contractor and I went with Suncrest because of Mike's style. He presented well designed layouts that we hadn't seen from other contractors. He engaged quality subcontractors and communications were mostly managed via his superintendent, who was also a pleasure to work. When we ran into unexpected challenges (additional issues that weren’t discovered by the inspector pre purchase), including a very necessary foundation repair, Mike was able to address the issues for a fair and reasonable price.
