> Ortiz was hired to install a new tile kitchen backsplash and caulk at the backsplash/counter joint.  The caulk dried defectively (it was discolored) and there were numerous locations where no grout had been installed between tiles.  He came and repaired.  The caulk again dried discolored.  I contacted him and he said he was too busy to fix and I should just hire someone else to fix it.  Why should I hire someone else when I already paid him thousands to do the job?  I'm very disappointed that he doesn't stand behind his work.

We identified the majority of the work we wanted performed in advance but Guillermo helpfully provided suggestions and alternatives as the work progressed based on his experience in installation and items he found after demolition.
