We are living in our third Dakota home (second custom build) and we have been extremely happy with the build process, the final product and service after our move in.  They provided the design, color scheme, material choices, etc and worked with us to ensure we were happy with what they were going to provide and adjusted as needed.  They made the process extremely easy for us, they managed the planning, engineering, permit process, demolition, build and landscaping.  All we had to do was move in once they had finished.

Cedar Feature wall at the stair landing. The continuous hardwood made the movement in the space continuous, which leads to it feeling larger than it is. I found this beautiful house by searching "adding second story to Vancouver bungalow". Was this actually a bungalow to start or a complete remodel? You did an amazing job!

I am looking for a 36" panel refig like the exact one in this picture. It appears that GE monogram makes it but has the water dispenser on the outside and don't like that look.  Is this a sub zero refrig?

A: yes, its a paneled 42" interior dispenser sub zero.

Is this Kentwood Gravelle?
