There were no hidden costs. He assigned a project website that allowed us to provide input, upload product changes and document all elements of the renovation. > We found Mel to be very flexible and accommodating throughout the process. He made absolutely sure that we were pleased with every aspect of the project. We did a lot of research on our product selections, and even made several changes which he did not mind. > During the renovation Mel was on the job inspecting the work being done and assisting at times.
