> I would highly recommend Jacquie Rubinstein as your designer if you think about finding a designer to work with.

> I started working with Jacquie back in 2001 when we purchased our house in Los Altos Hills.  Jacquie helped us with EVERYTHING - from picking colors, furnitures, accessories for each empty room, to working with existing built-in shelves in some rooms.  After a year of hard work, our over 5000 sq ft house was beautifully furnished.  17 years later, we still get praises every time a new friend comes to our house.  Jacquie was trained as a painter, and is very sensitive to colors.  She is not only hard working, super creative, but also flexible and a good listener.  She never pushes you to buy anything that you don't like or are not ready to make a decision on.  She also spent her own time shopping accessories for us.  I can't imagine what our house will look like without her help.

> In Jan 2017, we reached out to Jacquie again, this time for a small apt in Boston for my son.  My son worked with Jacquie directly, picked out furnitures and fabrics. Jacquie worked remotely based on the floor plan when selecting furnitures.  Guess what?  Everything turned out perfectly.

> In July 2017, we bought a small condo in the City.  Jacquie, barely finished my son's project in Boston, was pulled into this new project.  Her creativity helped tremendously in making this small place work by designing the built-in furniture, bench next to the window, blinds that separates the living area and bedroom area.  She picked the color that blends in with the view seamlessly.  We couldn't have been happier now that everything was just completed.
