> The best decision we ever made was hiring Jillian for our home extension and renovation project.  She exceeded our expectations on every level.  We started with a phone consultation and she truly listened to our vision, priorities, and budget limitations.  She has excellent communication skills, so she quickly followed up with an email proposal that was exactly what we had in mind.  We continued to meet every other week and she would come prepared with schematics and samples for us to review.  From there, she created detailed elevation plans for every room, down to the millimeter.  Our contractor was so grateful because every element had already been organized and well planned out and his team just had to execute it.  She made the entire process so easy for us and our construction team!  She also has impeccable taste, so every detail of our design plan was timeless and sophisticated, yet within our budget.  We are so grateful we found Jillian and we thank her for being a critical part of making our dream house a reality!

> Jillian Mrsny with Madera Interior Design recently helped my wife and I with a kitchen remodel project. During Covid nonetheless. At the start, Jillian sat down with us to get a feel of what we wanted. Then she measured the space and used a computer-aided design (CAD) to take our original ideas and put them into a 3D environment so we could see the new kitchen layout. She helped us pick vendors and narrow down choices for everything from the paint color, wall tiles, backsplash tiles, countertops, marble island, cabinets, appliances, and lightning. It was really great to just give Jillian our ideas and then have her come back with 2-3 recommended options for everything. As sorting through an endless amount of pendant light choices (for example) can be daunting. Throughout the whole process Jillian was professional, courteous, and really was in sync with what we wanted to accomplish. She was able to coordinate with our contractor, help submit plans to the city, and scheduled delivery for just about everything. Even when we made 11th hour changes, Jillian would think on her feet to help the contractor execute what we wanted. She made what could have been a painful process, a relative breeze. We highly recommend Jillian's interior design services and hope you will use her for your next project.
