The work included doing a demo of the inside of the house to perform a complete electrical rewire and upgrade, install a new furnace with new A/C and two additional heat pump units, insulate exterior walls, install new oak flooring throughout first floor, remove old kitchen and install new cabinets with new countertops, remove old concrete patio and re-pour 1000 SF new concrete and stairs, replace and rebuild a new retaining wall around the patio, and repaint the entire interior of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the finished quality as Steve hires very professional and experienced contractors who do excellent work, and are great to work with. His crew in particular were attentive and friendly and went out of their way to please us. I can’t say enough about the people he hires. The project took six months to complete which was right in line with our estimate and move-in date. There are always stressful moments along the way, as such a major renovation/restoration project like this can produce, but Steve was always there to work out the kinks and saw that we were always taken care of and every issue resolved to our satisfaction. Having someone like Steve to work with was a real blessing.
