> When we fell in love with our house, we wanted the perfect designer/contractor to turn our dream home into a reality. We interviewed numerous contractors, as well as interior design firms. Mehrdad was THE person to do just that. He embarked us into what would have been a very rocky journey but he had a solution for every little hurdle and bump. He never made any decisions without consulting us, offered advice and suggestions kindly and always respected our decisions. He always answered his phone/emails (even late at night) promptly, showed up prepared and on time, managed his team like a conductor and took full responsibility for any mistakes that were made. Mehrdad was extremely creative in his problem solving and had a gazillion ideas to embellish the house. He had a vision for the house and saw a potential that we hadn’t even imagined. He cared and treated our house like his own.
