> Fred is an experienced builder. With his engineering background and insight for design, the houses/condos under his remodeling projects all looks beautiful and lively. Also important, his price is rather fair. We looked at two of his remodeled condo before signing up for our condo remodel project. Through the remodeling process, we found Fred was very easy to work with, and his team of experienced crew also help in making the progress smoothly. In the end, even though with a little delay (due to Holidays and other events), the quality of the build was great. We're very happy and would like to recommend him, especially for owners of Laguna Wood Village condos as Fed is so familiar with the structures/layouts of various models there and with its HOA/City regulations.
