Her enthusiasm and passion for design made the whole process feel like a fun art project. She was so dedicated to making sure my designs reflected ME personally, and she was so open to feedback and making changes. We went through a few rounds, and hit a few unexpected snags, but she was cool and calm and positive throughout everything. When something went wrong, like electricians making a mistake, she was super responsive and fast to hop on the phone and talk me (and them) through it. She advised me through everything, was super flexible with my budget and schedule, and stopped by my house several times to check on progress and ease my nerves. Hiring her was a great decision. My rooms are gorgeous and unique and I definitely could not have achieved this without her help and expertise! Tricia is a wonderful listener and a truly dedicated and passionate designer.
