Sarah came highly recommended from a friend and working with her exceeded our expectations!  Sarah expertly designed our spaces and guided us through the process of selecting materials, finishes, and furniture to achieve the look and feel we envisioned.  Somehow she just “got us”!  Her experience and keen eye for detail proved invaluable in proactively addressing problems whilst providing solutions that were practical and beautiful.  Getting Sarah involved early in the process saved us from many months of stress (and tears), doubt, and expensive mistakes.  She turned this daunting project into a fun and enjoyable experience. **Q: Is the wallpaper peel and stick?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I think this wallpaper would be perfect in my new laundry room. What is the name of the pattern, and who makes it?

A: Hi Sandra, this is standard-install wallpaper, not peel & stick.  It's available through Drop It Modern.

**Q: Please tell me what the countertops are and who made the cabinets?  Tx** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi, the counters are Neolith Sintered Stone done by Custom Graniteworks and the cabinetry and millwork was produced by Pheonix Kitchenworks, both located in Kelowna BC

**Q: What kind of wood are the cabinets made of?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is it maple with a dark stain?

A: Hi Hanna, the cabinets in this project are in fact walnut with a dark stain.  The grain pattern in walnut is quite different from Maple, so while you could achieve a similar colour using maple the look would be quite different due to the grain difference.

**Q: Shower walls** *(in Photo Questions)*

Neolith in the showers.  What is the name of the local contractor doing that work?  Love your design work on this project.

A: Hi Sharron, thanks!  The only supplier & fabricator of Neolith in the Okanagan Valley is Custom Granite Works on the west side.

**Q: The hardware colour is beautiful.  Who is the supplier?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: All of the cabinet hardware for this project was from Emtek.

**Q: Great design!  Would you share the supplier of the lights & sink?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Sharon, the sink is from Kohler and the pendant lights are Robert Abbey!
